Let the record show that, my non-profit stint notwithstanding, I usually leave places of employment on good terms.
I was lying. I don't miss the barbecue competition more. (Though I will say that the Frisco BBQ comp is the most magical annual event I've ever experienced. Just a wonderous frenzy of meat.)
